Thank you for your interest in applying to British School of Oxford (BSO). The step-by-step process for applying to BSO, most of which is done online, is shown below. In addition, we encourage families to visit the school if possible. Visits may be arranged either before or after you submit an application. If you have not already done so, please review our Admissions Policy and if you have any questions about our policy, the eligibility of your child(ren), application deadlines, etc., please contact our Admissions Office.

This form also serves as a request for the link to our online application. If you have already received the link to the online application, you do not need to complete this form.
After receiving the link from our Admissions Office, go to the online application and complete all the steps listed. Most of the information can be completed online, but there will be some forms to download and documentation to send in separately. You will find detailed instructions in the online application.
When your admission decision is available, we will send you the decision letter by regular post OR by email and also notify you by call or Whatsapp message. If an offer of admission has been made, we ask that you contact our Admissions Office within 2 days to confirm your intention to enroll.
Once you accept the offer of admission, we will send you a link to our online enrollment portal. After logging on to the portal, you will be asked to confirm or update information provided at application, fill in some additional information and complete an enrollment agreement. After completing the online enrollment process and paying the one-time, non-refundable Registration Fee, enrollment will be complete.
We accept and review overseas applications throughout the year on an as-received basis. Once the application is complete, including receipt of school records, confidential recommendations and payment of the application fee, we usually issue a decision within a week or two. Although we do not have set application deadlines for applicants coming from different school systems (different academic years), if you wish to enroll at the beginning of the school year, in March & August (BSO different campuses following both academic years), we encourage you apply by mid-March (mid-February for high school applicants). If you wish to start in January, we advise you to apply by mid-November.
Applicants studying in other school systems with the same academic year having BSO campus may apply to enroll at the beginning of the BSO academic year. Under special circumstances (such as transfer from BSO to BSO during school calendar), and at the discretion of the relevant principal, mid-year enrollment may also be allowed.

Applicants may apply at any time. However, notification of admission decisions will depend on anticipated space availability and for grades in which availability is expected to be limited, decisions may not be announced until academic year start. Applications submitted after the deadline/recommended application period may be considered, but space availability is likely to be more problematic.
A non-refundable application fee is due and payable at the time of application. Please note that applications are not considered complete – and therefore the screening process may not begin – until payment of the application fee is confirmed. The non-refundable application fee (£100 for UK Campuses & PKR.3000 for Pakistan) may be paid by online, bank transfer or by cash in person at our business office.
